What would normally seem as a non risky food habit can suddenly turn out to be a much more riskier and hazardous thing for you and your unborn child.
Coconut water seems to be very normal and safe. When consumed on occasionally it can have beneficial effects on health.
It contains minerals and salts like sodium, potassium, etc that can help maintain your blood pressure, normalize your gut health and would also help you with other hydration. It has a mild laxative effect , which can help with constipation, which many pregnant females have during pregnancy.
